Eligibility for Returns

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.
