
The Household Producer
Many of the items we provide are household traditional produce. These units could be as small as asingle producer to a maximum of 10-15 people working towards the production of several kinds of handicrafts. The skills mostly cascade down from generations of knowledge and practice. However,there have been few instances of people obtaining work through training programs.

The factory team
Our factory team includes many small units of 10-30 people working towards the production of Garments, Bags and other accessories. We have grouped our production team in small groups to achieve optimum efficiency. The teams include cutting master, tailors and other staff.

Ram Kumar Pariyar
Ram Kumar has been working with us since the very beginning of his tailoring career. His father also used to work with the company. Being from a traditional tailoring background he is one of the most efficient tailors we have for producing bags, accessories and other home and living items.

Rameshwor Nepali
Rameshwor has been working with us for more than three decades. He is the master designer for our company. All new items are first designed by him. He lays down the specifications for most of the garments produced by us for bulk production.

Saroj Khadka
Saroj has been working with us for the past four years. In comparison to many people in our company .he is fairly new but understands his job thoroughly. With sharp observation and dedication towards his job. he is extremely efficient at his work. He is a young and energetic muscle of our company.

Thiran Karki
Thiran has been working with us for nearly three decades and is dedicated to packing our products for export purposes. With different packing requirements in different companies and countries, he is fully aware of what materials to use for differing requirements of the customers. He is one of the most humble and polite person in our company.

Laxmi Adhikari
Laxmi started learning stitching fabrics nearly ten years ago in search for work to sustain her family. Learning from our master tailor she started learning small easy items in the beginning. Now she has slowly caught of up stitching many items including tote bags, wallets, purses and many other. She is also the sole earner for her home.

Yamuna Ranjit
Yamuna has been working with us in the Quality Control department for more than 15 years. She is now training other women for quality control of Garments and many other products.

Ram Devi Kapali
Ram Devi or Rama (as we say it) has been with us for nearly a decade and was appointed via JoyFoundation. As a single mother she supports her daughter’s education and her household by workingwith us in shop floor management. Although not very adept at the English language she will still be able to assist you in finding products in store.

Dip Roshan Shakya
Dip Roshan is one of the most humble person you can meet. Like most of the members of our team hehas been with us for nearly 3 decades. He has mostly worked with us as a sales executive but now assumes the position of our accountant.

Sarita Chitrakar
Sarita has been with us for nearly 3 decades. Starting off as a member of the production team she hasgrown tremendously to the position of our Production Manager. Her attention to detail ensures all yourorders are fulfilled to your specifications.

Kiran Maharjan
Kiran is one of our young and enthusiastic sales executive. He has been working with us for over 15years. With good knowledge of our products & excellent sense of human understanding he’ll definitelyprovide the help you need.

Naresh Man Shakya
Naresh has been our sales and logistics officer for over three years. He is the one arranging the detailedmaterials required for production of several of our custom made products. In addition for walk incustomer he is one of best sales guide we offer!

Indra Bahadur Adhikari
Indra has been our Sales Manager for over two decades. He is you go to guy for all your productrequirements, whether catalogued or custom. With spectacular memory and organization skills he canguide you through years of your buying requirements.

Babu Raja Maharjan
Babu Raja has been with us over three decades and one of the oldest member of the team. As ourexport manager, he is the liaison with our customers. He is excellent at drafting paperwork to ease yourcustoms requirement.

Shashi Thakuri
Shashi has been with Amrita Craft for over two decades. She has been taking care of the front desk witha great acumen for handling queries. She is the one to direct every stakeholder to the right person incharge.

Saraswoti Shrestha
Sarawsoti had been working with us part time since past many years. Since past few years she exhibited her interest to work full time and has been working in the quality control since then.
